AuthenTec TrueSuite Access Manager.
Uninstall everything - Authentec Truesuite Starter for Windows 7 X86 X64.
I had a 64bit OS of Windows 7. I wanted to change to 32bit for some reason.
I ran the program and then ran updates.
Now I have a 32 bit version of Windows. But, I did not uninstall the original version of Windows (64 bit).

I got the same issue and found that the installer is uninstalled when the machine starts up. I found that if I reboot the machine and run the installer again, I didn't get this error.
